Build to Print - You provide the drawing and we build to your requirements including: material selection, dimensions and tolerances, finish, and marking.
Material Selection - Supporting a variety of materials including: Aluminun, Zinc, Copper, and alloys. ROHS material also available.
Work Flow - You provide 2D or 3D drawings via pdf or Solidworks and we do the rest. We first create a cast drawing supporting medium tolerances and prepare the tooling. Next we prepare the material and then machine to your specification.
Tooling Cost - Tooling cost is paid by the customer and tooling is owned by the customer. Die-cast tooling supports hundreds of thousands of units and many years of production. Tooling cost are typically recouped in less than 1 year or after the first 500 units.
